  8.     This is a shareware software product.  If you continue to use it after the
  9. end of the 60 day trial period, then you are legally and morally obligated  to
  10. register as a user.  The cost of registration is $25 and  entitles  you  to  a
  11. year of updates and support.

  13.     DiMAT Microcomputer Systems may not be held responsible  for  any  damages
  14. resulting from the use of this software.  It is offered "as is", but has  been
  15. thoroughly tested and is used daily by DiMAT programmers.   If  you  have  any
  16. doubts about a copy of the MAT Editor received from any source, we  will  send
  17. you a new copy provided that you enclose $5 (check or money order only please)
  18. with your request to cover costs for the disk, a mailer, and postage.  If  you
  19. decide to register as a MAT Editor user later on, you will be credited the  $5
  20. toward your registration fee.

  22.     The MAT Editor documentation, like the software itself,  is  protected  by
  23. U.S.  copyright law.  You may print  as  many  copies  for  your  own  use  as
  24. desired, but may not duplicate it without approval.  The DOC file is a  simple
  25. ASCII file (with imbedded page ejects) and may be browsed with a text  editor,
  26. or with a file browser utility such as the BROWSE.COM program  distributed  by
  27. Ziff-Davis Publishing on the PC MAGAZINE UTILITIES DISK.
